All of those religions are extremely different from each other. Finding similarities will be difficult. Here are some:
They are all religions
They have all been around for more than a thousand years
They all have ethical standards
They all have followers
They all have traditions
They all believe in spiritual powers beyond the mere physicality of the world.
The only belief that all of these religions have in common is that there is an ethical way to live life. Not all of them ascribe to a supernatural and those that do have a very different view of the supernatural from one another. Not all of them have have a set of rituals for believers and those that do have a very different set of belief rituals from one another. Some are tribal/ethnic religions while others are universal.
No it doesn't. Hinduism is a Dharmic religion, whereas Judaism, Christianity, & Islam are all Abrahamic religions.
They all have variations of the Golden Rule.
Hinduism believes in reincarnation, and Buddhism has no gods or prophets. Islam is the only monotheistic religion of the six. Shintoism believes in many different gods. All have different views on after death, but all have similar beliefs and practices.
If you wish to define religion as: a belief in, and worship of, supernatural entities, then almost every culture in the world has religious beliefs of some description. Here are some examples sourced from Wikipedia:Celtic polytheism, commonly known as Celtic paganism,[1][2][3] refers to the religious beliefs and practices adhered to by the Iron Age peoples of Western Europe now known as the Celts,Hinduism is the predominant and indigenous religious tradition[1] of South Asia. This group includes Caodaism, Chen Tao, Chondogyo, Confucianism, Jeungism, Shinto, Taoism, I-Kuan Tao and elements of Mahayana Buddhism. There are many many more, the Incas, Aztecs, Native Americans, Mayans, Polynesians, Africans all held there own religious beliefs. Of course most religions denounce other people's beliefs as mumbo jumbo even though worshipping the 'Crocodile God of the Limpopo' is no more ridiculous (or his existence less probable) than the Christian or Muslim ideas of God.
George Lucas was raised as a Methodist. Many of the influences during the writings of the 'Jedi lore' were based on Eastern religious practices and philosophies, such as Taoism, Buddhism, and Shintoism. George himself claims to be a Buddhist/Methodist.
