This can be done, though some modifications may be needed. If you need to replace your core support (rad support) as well, order a core support for a 91 S10 blazer. This will help do away with the mounting issues. I did this to a 1985 S10 blazer and the grill fit fine with the factory core support, but not all of the mounting locations matched.

To drain the oil on a 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer, located the oil pan drain plug. Use a wrench to remove the plug and the oil will flow into the receptacle you have provided.

Most all GM vehicles switched to an electrical unit around '91. There won't be a cable.
It'll fit, but it won't work. The 94 transmission is electronic, and interfaces with the ECM. It won't be compatible with the 91 in that regard.
if the 4x4 isn't working then you need to check your transfer case. is it making any noises? or did it just stop working?
Yes. The body style for the s10s from 1982 to 1993 are the exact same thing. Only cosmetic changes were ever made, such as a different grill was used in 91. The 82 - 93 year models share the same exterior parts, including the windshield.
