If you are speaking of the radio, what you need to do is very simple. First, you need to take out the radio, at least far enough to where you can see the top of it. Write down the serial number off of the top, and call the nearest Mitsubishi dealer. They will transfer you to 'services' and you have to verify ownership, but they will give you the unlock codes.
