Change the PCV valve located on the valve cover
The EGR valve is connected above the water hose on the 2002 Mazda Millennia. The EGR valve is responsible for lowering the temperature of the fuel.

is located in the back of intake, aorund the middle of it close to firewall
I am getting ready to replace the EGR valve on my 1995 Mazda millenia. It is located at the back of the engine in the center at the top. It bolts on with 3 bolts. It will be a triangle shape. You will have to have a mirror to see it well. Any auto parts store should be able to show you exactly where it is.
It's attached to the back of the intake manifold, under the bracket that supports the wiring harness.
It could be your PCV valve, as this valve regulates how much pressure there is in the crankcase. If your car smokes with a blue color it could be blow by from the rings.
Hi there - I just found out yesterday that the thermostat on the 1995 Millenia - 6 valve engine is located on the right/front of the engine block just behind the distributor. Looks like fun. NOT. Good luck!
It's behind the value cover on the right side.its shaped like a UFO.with one holes and two bolts holding it in place.
Replace idle air control valve. 2 10mm bolts and about 15 min. $100.00 at mazda.
Probably burning oil on the engine block, typically from a valve cover gasket or loose Filler cap seal.
remove the plastic cover that says miller cycle engine on it. right about where "engine" is, you will see it. it has a gold dashpot with vacuum lines
