Marketing students are required to work a minimum average of 12 hours per week at an approved marketing-related training station. At the training station, students will be evaluated based on your progress and marketing skills and will earn a grade. You may qualify to get out of school early or come in late in order to fulfill your work duties. 3. DECA... DECA (An Association of Marketing Students) is a co-curricular organization for students enrolled in Marketing. It is designed to assist students in developing professional, business and leadership skills necessary for success in their future careers. DECA gives marketing students the opportunity to practice leadership skills, community/civic awareness, social intelligence, and vocational understanding.
