Marketing Education is a program that has three parts, the classroom, the co-op and the career and technical student organization DECA. Here are the main points of the program… 1. Classroom Instruction... Students will learn about Selling, Promotion, Pricing, Distribution, Product/Service Planning, Risk Management, Purchasing, Marketing Research, Financing, and Entrepreneurship. Some possible fields of training include Fashion Merchandising, Sports & Entertainment Marketing, Retail Management, Advertising & Promotion, Small Business Ownership, Restaurant Marketing, General Business, Marketing Research, E-Commerce Marketing or Banking/Finance. While many marketing jobs require four-year college degrees, there is also plenty of room for workers with high school or two-year degrees. 2. Training Station... Marketing students are required to work a minimum average of 12 hours per week at an approved marketing-related training station. At the training station, students will be evaluated based on your progress and marketing skills and will earn a grade. You may qualify to get out of school early or come in late in order to fulfill your work duties. 3. DECA... DECA (An Association of Marketing Students) is a co-curricular organization for students enrolled in Marketing. It is designed to assist students in developing professional, business and leadership skills necessary for success in their future careers. DECA gives marketing students the opportunity to practice leadership skills, community/civic awareness, social intelligence, and vocational understanding. There are a lot of program out there related to writing. Article marketing is a very popular method of marketing. Another way is to join a forum that discusses your topic. Blogs are also a good way of writing articles and marketing. I personally use all three quite successfully. I also use a few other writing methods, but those three are the easiest.
