Head bolts and outer mains are 65 ft./lbs., inner mains are 70 ft./lbs.
75-90 ft lbs.
Tighten the1/4 inch bolts 7-9 ft. lbs of torque, and the 5/16 bolts to 12 ft. lbs. torque.

If it is a small block V8 with cast iron heads torque the bolts in a criss cross pattern to 30 lb/ft.

Theoretically, yes.
First off, a 350, is a small block. And, if you are talking about the torque output of the motor, well, that depends upon how it is built, and, with what parts. Anwhere from 150 ft., lbs., to 500. If you are talking about the bolt torque specs, it varies from 35 ft., lbs., to 85, depending on which bolts you are talking about.
There are a lot of bolts on the engine and we don't know what bolts your talking about, there are different torque specs all over the engine, I would say that you should go to the library and get a chiltons repair manual for your car and it will tell you the specs your looking for.
