In the "Chrysler Full-Size Models 1988-93 Automotive Repair Manual" says "Torque Specifications Ft-lbs Spark Plugs to set at "26"
330 hp 375 ftlbs torque 7 quarts 5w-20 oil 16 spark plugs
Yes, anti seize can affect torque specifications by as much as 30%, depending on how it is applied. If there is a torque range, say for spark plugs like 15 - 21 ft lbs, then torque to 15ft lbs and you can rest assured the plug will be driven deeper than it normally would have at 15 ft lbs without anti-seize.
The spark plugs on a 1998 Mercedes Benz E320 are changed by removing the cover plate, disconnecting the plug wires, and unscrewing the spark plugs using a deep wall socket. New plugs are then put in place and torque down to specifications.
Torque the spark plugs to 11 lb/ft.

The correct torque is 13 ft/lbs.
I dont know the torque for the 2000 but a rule of thumb is, with ratchet get the plug snug and go a quarter turn. allways use anti-siez lube for plugs on your plugs.
