I have a 98 S10 with 2.2L and I just had them torqued down to 15Ft Lbs. They were loose and causing a leak, instead of replacing the gasket I tightened the bolts and Im keepin an eye on it. Seems to have worked!!!!!!
95 in-lbs.
They bolts should be torqued to 7 foot pounds. Starting with the top bolt just left of center and working criss cross pattern outward.
