this might sound wierd but it's a SUPER healthy way to "not'eat eggs. Go to a health food store and get chia seeds. mix a tablespoon in about 1/2 cup water and let sit. It becomes an egg substitute and is full of Omegas and other great nutirients. go online, type in "chia seeds" and "cooking" and see what comes up. I use them all the time in all my cooking and salads, cereals etc...... good for you!
Have you tried bread soaked in milk? That might help keep it moist and together. You squeeze out the excess milk after a few minutes.
In addition to the bread/milk combo, we've also done some finely minced mushrooms, garlic and shallot cooked in some butter and olive oil until browned and most of the moisture is gone, then we sprinkle in some fresh thyme and s&p. Then add it to the rest your meatloaf mixture when it is cooled.
You can use different things in place of eggs when making a meatloaf. You can use vegetable oil or canola oil.
Use 3 Tablespoons mayo for each egg
There are egg substitues that you can buy, otherwise oil sometimes works. Instead of milk, you can try soy milk or almond milk.
Three quarter cup apple sauce is used to stand in for 3 eggs
Farce is the French term that means the stuffing of meat, bread, or vegetables. When making something like a meatloaf, egg is used as a binder to help hold the meatloaf together.
Eggs are not a replacement for milk. Water may be used instead of milk in sugar cookies.
When they called for fresh it is still moiste. the dry crumbs will not hold the same as fresh. The fresh will stick bettr to the meat mixer. If you want to use dry you will need to add more eggs to make up for lack of moister. This will help make you meatloaf wetand stay together better. But don't over cook it cause it then again will fall apart. Good luck
Mayo is nothing but eggs and oil so you can, but you are not gaining anything.
none of your buisness
If you used only sausage, you would not have "meatloaf," but a sausage loaf. Meatloaf can include different types of ground meat, but sausage alone is both too fat and too spicy.
it prevent from not having lumps in whatever you making
Since powdered eggs are going to be scrambled or used in a recipe, it shouldn't be a problem.
According to one report, there are 480 calories in a 218 gram serving of meatloaf. However, it would depend on all the ingredients used to make the meatloaf (meatloaf recipes do vary, especially from country to country). It would also depend on the ratio of lean meat to fat.
used only pasturized eggs
