First, just let your primary care physician know that you want to do this, and I suspect that you want to gain weight because it will be a healthy and beneficial thing for you to do. You should let your doctor know so that she/he can give you some ideas about what your personal needs are regarding diet. Your doctor can also help you decide how much weight would be good for you to gain, and over how long a period. Then follow your doctor's advice. It would be hard to imagine that your doctor's advice would not include the basic ideas of eating a varied diet of foods that are as fresh as you can manage, and getting a reasonable amount of aerobic and resistance exercise. If you need to gain weight, then you are doing a good thing. But it would make much more sense to gain both healthy muscle mass and whatever fat you need to stay healthy. You can gain weight and still maintain an excellent body-mass index (a measure of the relationship between your body fat and your body muscle).
When I was an underweight 14 year old, I made sure at every meal that I ate as much as I could (without making myself uncomfortable or sick) as opposed to just eating enough to satisfy myself. Don't get in the junk food habit because it is addicting and then you can swing in the other direction. It worked and am of normal weight now.
To gain weight, you can eat a variety of things, but what can really boost you up is Junk Food. Many people love eating junk food, by junk food I mean burgers, fries, cookies, and alot more things that are not healthy for you and your body. Junk food will increase your suger level, but if you really want to gain some pounds the best food to eat will be junk food.
You should eat a lot of fat food like MacDonal's or Burger King. I wouldn't recommend it, It's bad for your health.
Ice cream and bananas are 2 of the most fattening foods out there.
Fatty foods? Unhealty weight you would go to mcdonalds. Healthy fat just eat alot of healthy foods
You don't gain weight in order to get muscle. You overload your muscles with heavy weight training, and then eat more to fuel the muscle growth.
you don't gain weight when you eat very little. you need to exercise and eat little portions of your meal and you will not gain weight, you will gain muscle by working out but not the weight.
Yes you do gain weight.

To gain weight you have to eat more.
To gain weight you child has to eat good food.
How fast you eat has negligible effect on weight gain or loss. The important factor is what you eat and how much.
They exercise, and some don't gain weight.
If you don't eat, you're not going to gain weight. The only way to do it would be to eat regularily then eat nothing. Then fat will build up making you gain weight. This is a very unhealthy way to gain weight. It's simple, eat more than you usually do, you gain weight. Eat less, lose weight. Eat the same amount, weight stays the same. Advice for you would be eating three big meals, not much snacking. That way you will get more calories in.
If you eat too much you can gain weight from just about anyhing.
If you eat more calories than you use you will potentially gain weight. If you eat less than you use you will potentially lose weight. If you eat the same as you use your weight should remain stable.
Yes but you need to gain to good type of weight. After you work out, eat a salad & drink water, eat some veggies and fruits. Fat free things. You'll gain the right type of weight, for your muscles and what not.
