India as a country can devise socio-economic policies to develop the basic socio-economic infrastructure such as health facilities,housing,literacy and food for all living below the sustenance level and create opportunities for all from the village level to national level.
As citizens we must work forward in this effort in trying to get the policies implemented ,eradicate corruption and help/participate in socio-economic development and programmes. We must be responsible citizens and contribute our share to ensure all possible ways for the policies to be implemented.

a good plotican fears god since his people are from god and his land god has created.
treating people and all the living beings in his land has piece of **** or robot will spoil the people lives to core .
not just born is important ,how you exit is most important in this world.
we have to go god and get born in a good family that respects his people and all other in the society and the state ya.
only few state have good culture that is some thing like developed nations like UK ,usa ,France ,Germany where the people respect other and all living beings and they have better living standard than us.
not like Somalia or some cheap third world nations in Africa ya.
people do not have food,money,eduaction and other things which our leaders and our elders in the state and our family people have given us.
we are lucky and greatful to them.
but third evil isi from some origin have taken up our lives and of all people in earth in this country.
they are not Indian ,but act as Indian and spoil all in long run for money the most vital thing this earth through which we can escape to any place in this earth ,we can get food ,shelter and other things in this earth.
so the seed so the fruit.THE PEOPLE WHO STARTED WHO ARE YOU,WHAT ARE YOU,CHAS HIM,DONT GIVE HIM FOOD,WORK ,TALK TO HIM IN BAD MANNER OR ABUSE HIM ,SHOW FUNNY FACES,THEY ARE THE BASTEREDS WHO CREATED THIS PROBLEM IN THIS EARTH IN ALL COUNTRIES.
SO this the basic problem encouraged by some in politics,police few and raw in the society .best part is they WANT TO LEARN HOW THINGS ARE HAPPENING OR GET PERMISSION TO DO ALL **** ON YOU.
ONLY GOD CAN SAVE ,HE EVER GREEN PROTECTION FOR ALL IN THIS EARTH .EVEN AFTER YOUR DEATH HE HIS THERE TO PROTECT YOU FROM EVIL IN THIS EARTH.
THIS CYCLE IS BROKEN AND ALL WHITES FROM EUROPE ,ARAB ,ASIA ,AFRICA ARE GETTING FOOLED IN THIS EARTH.

According to me: Asobasi Emmanuel(BWASA)-2011,UCU-Uganda,The only way in which we can reduce poverty is by setting bylaws in villages to stop staying at home without doing work causing laziness in our communities during working time or when others are working .hence if we do so,production shall be great and poverty may reduce.

The main thing to remember is that 'dole' by itself ( handing out money and food grain to the poor) is non sustainable. We must have sustainable jobs for all in order to improve the economic outlook of the economically challenged. This is the only solution to mitigate the plight of the poverty stricken.
