Studies have shown that drinking water can be one of the best ways to lose weight. Not only can a healthy diet like fruits and veggies help, but drinking 8-10 cups of water a day will help too. Remember though, drinking too much water can be harmful. Steer clear of alcohol and wine if you REALLY want to lose weight. If you exercise by doing things like going hiking or working out you will or at least should drink ALOT of water. I hope this was helpful.

The best way to lose weight is to diet and exercise at the same time.

There are drinks that will supplement your diet by providing balanced nutrition, these are fruit smoothies and low fat milkshakes.

Drinking water will help keep your body hydrated to help with the exercise and digest food. However too much water will be a problem.

There is absolutely no such thing as a food, drink or pill product that will make you lose weight or burn fat, these were all exposed in 2012 by consumer scientists to be a massive global scam.

You are advised to go on a diet while taking light exercises, increasing the intensity of the exercise as you go along (it gets easier the more you do). Drinking fruit smoothies or low fat milkshakes can healthily give the nutrients you need.

Do not starve yourself, doing this will force your body to eat itself and make you even less healthy.

Basically the weight you've put on comes from bad lifestyle choices, so even if you do a crash diet to get rid of some it will go right back on once you go back to your old lifestyle. Making the attempt both pointless, uncomfortable and unhealthy. Switch to better eating habits and let the weight drop off slowly. Gives you far better chances of keeping it off.

Try to avoid refined flour and pasta, processed foods, fried foods, and fatty cuts of meat. Cut down on added sugar and added salt. Even for people who are not trying to lose weight, it is recommended to have no more than about 6 teaspoons of sugar per day (and many processed foods contain sugar, corn syrup or the like).
