What can you use other than dealer item to replace the hose on 96 E150 fuel filler neck?

The hose is 1 1/2" ID X 11" long. Use fuel hose, NOT a radiator hose. This is available at most auto parts stores for about a dollar an inch. The job should take less than an hour.
