You're going to want a car with interior room or a small or large truck, A Ford F150, Dodge Ram, or Chevy Silverado all have there benefits and drawbacks. If a pickup isn't your thing something along the lines of a Ford Escape Hybrid or Chevy Tahoe hybrid are great choices and are also more environmentally friendly. If it's a car your after a Ford Crown Victoria will have a nice spacious interior and so will a Chevy Lumina, it's all about finding something that is comfortable for you, go sit in different cars till you find one that makes you say " this is it." And be sure to stay away from Neons, Sunfires, and Cavaliers, they all have the interior space of a storage tote.
More than likely you'll find that hybrids are a waste of time and money, but some of them are nice and roomy. You could also try Jeep Wranglers if you wanted to.
