The FRAM list is saying that is not a FRAM number.
There is a Fram filter which can be used to replace a 70185B. The Fram equivalent to use is the PH3614.
The PH2 is the new 22mmx1.5 thread that is used on the 2008+ cars with metric filter threads.
Fram PH10960
There are a lot of different vehicles using that filter, see link below.

First off I do not recommend Fram Filters. They are no where near the best filter you can buy. Purolator, Wix, Bosch, and others make superior filters for the same price. Saying that, there is no Fram filter with the model number PH3317. There is however a Fram P3317 which is an oil filter used on International Harvester tractors and many other types of construction equipment including stump grinders, concrete saws, pumps, and other types of equipment. This filter is not used on any cars.
I have a Generac 4000EXL generator. I was surfing the net to find what filters cross reference with the 70185 as well. I have not tried this yet, but I came across that the Fram PH3614, Fram PH 4967, Purolator 14476, and AC PF1233 should work. Good luck hope these work out for both of us. Keith I've used both the Fram PH3614 and PH4967. The 3614 is smaller and doesn't completely cover the filter base. The 4967 is larger and more than covers the base. I've had no leakage with either. Pinebear ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a Generac 7000EXL. The oil filter is a Generac 70185. Here is a list of all the brand part numbers that are suitable replacements: Puralator L14476 Fram PH4967 ACDelco PF1233 WIX 51394 Amsoil EAO09 STP S4967 K&N HP-1003 NAPA Gold 1394 or 21394 Pennzoil PZ39 Valuecraft V4967 Mopar FE308 For the record, it's the same oil filter used in a 2001 Toyota Corolla or Echo.
Try the Fram PH 5 Filter,Ive all so used the ph30 filter.
Google the filter, (ph3593a fram oil filter). Go to Amazon. On the page their is a link that states all of the vehicles this filter may be used.
FRAM PH 4998. I spent ages looking for the answer to this too. I just used this fram on my Yanmar 2ym15 and it works a treat. Much cheaper too of course.
