Why wouldn't it? There is NO difference between a 1999 and a 2000, as of right this second i have a 1999 Pontiac grand am with a 3.4 liter (what your looking at right now) and built it from ground up. I know plenty about cars.
May eleventh two thousand and nine is when the 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix was manufactured. The 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix cars where made in many U.S. locations.
Yes, both cars had the exact same 3.8 series II engine.
the 2000 Pontiac grand am does not and never has had a 3.8L it only had a 2.4L quad four, 2.2L Ecotec and a 3.4L (optional ram air for i believe 10 horsepower). other cars with the 3.8L include Chevrolet impala, Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Pontiac grand prix, Buick regal, Buick lesabre. I think ive got them all i hope this answers and corrects your question
There are two cars in the Pontiac Grand series. They are the Grand Am and Grand Prix. They have many sub models of these cars such as the SE, SLE, and GTP.
Most cars can safely use Dot 3.
· Galaxie (Ford) · Golf (VW) · GMC · Grand Cherokee (Jeep) · Grand Prix (Pontiac) · GTO (Pontiac)
Pontiac Grand ams dont have an inertia switch, actually no GM cars that i know of have them.
