Only thing i can think of is the Power Steering. check to see if the fluid is full. If it is, a simple cure is not to turn your wheel all the way :)
Does this squek vary with speed? When stopped and turning right does it squeak? More info is needed

It turns out that it was a bad idle air control valve. Right after I replaced it the loud noise stopped. About a hundred dollar fix, it was well worth it!
Normally a wheel or halfshaft bearing will whine at speed and will grind at all speeds, when severely worn.
There might be something wrong with the brake pads. It is a good idea to get these checked out right away.
My guess is your brakes might need some work. It all depends on what kind of noise you're talking about, though.
