One possible cause is a blocked PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve. As your motor is running the crankcase will build with pressure and the PCV system will let the motor breathe. If the PCV valve is blocked or faulty then the motor will look to release the pressure somewhere else.
pressure in the sump caused by engine breather pipe being restricted or blocked is one cause for oil coming up through the dipstick hole
If the air pressure lowers in a spot, the surrounding air tries to fill the hole.
Yes, you can fill in a hole, you can not fill out a hole

Artesian water come from a well the is dug in the earth..when the well is dug, the internal pressure from the hole causes the water to burst forth spontaneously from the well like a fountain.
3 1/4 qts. or fill until the oil starts to come out the bottom of the fill hole.
Most likely , depending on the condition of the engine, the piston rings are worn or full out bad. The purpose of the piston ring is to help seal the compression pressure in the cylinder. When they start to go bad the escaped pressure pressurizes the crankcase, and then vents anyway it can i.e. The oil fill hole.
Fill it till it runs out of the fill hole. Again that's the FILL HOLE, not the DRAIN HOLE. They are separate.
The fill hole is the dipstick hole itself. You usually need a long funnel to get fluid into it, and it's slow to fill because of this.
can you fill the coconut with water wthout making a hole
If it is an automatic, there should be a drain hole on the bottom of the transmission and a fill hole on the side. I will have to look at mine though because i forgot what side it was on for the fill hole.
if it is a big hole yes but if it is a small hole they will fill it in
