Problem with the ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System). It can be many things. Take it to a professional. Your normal braking should still function.
I had that problem too and all that i did was put more brake fluid i the resivior. It could be caused by a bad wheel sensor. i.e. loose or broken wires, or mounting.
There is no LincolnMark XIII (13). There is however a Lincoln Mark VIII which is a Lincoln Mark 8. If this is what is meant that model car first debuted in 1993.
Lincoln did not offer a Mark VII in 1993.. Lincoln stopped production in 1992. Then started the Mark VIII in 1993
by the light istself there is an ON/OFF switch.
Have you checked the brake fluid level in the master cylinder it may be low causing a light to come on . i did the level is ok.

Check your battery. And have your alternator checked. Most auto parts stores will do it for free.
the Lincoln continental shares the same dash with the mark series. The continental had a 2.3 turbo as an available option.
check the brakelight fuse.

If you mean the brake light, you just have to change the bulb or bulbs.
