What could a lump on your dogs stomach be it is quite hard but it doesn't seem to hurt her she is eleven years old?

My dog had the same thing and she is 14 years old, it could be a Malignant tumor or benign tumor, but either way it should be checked by a veterinarian, my dog got the lump surgically removed and after that she has been more active and apparently happy than in a long time so i would recommend getting it checked.

Mechanically, the food is mixed in the stomach by peristalsis and chemically, food is mixed with enzymes and strong digestive solutions to help break the food down. So, without the stomach, neither could work, therefore digestion couldn't be completed so in the end you'll die, unless there is a machine that could take over your stomach but I'm not quite sure they have that equipment yet... hope i helped :)
