If there is no obvious damage to wiring in the trunk then I would say that the bulbs need replacing. Have you tried new ones? Believe it or not I've seen it where the bulbs do burn out at almost the same time, after all, they were all installed at the same time. If it still doesn't work with new bulbs then you have a broken wire I would think.
the problem could be your battery, you should talk to a mechanic or the car dealer you got your car from. good luck:)
I had the same problem and after a bit of searching, it ended up being the Park fuse. Fuse Number 4 on my 2001 Dodge Dakota.
It is possible it is the body control module, I had the same problem except my brake lights worked.
Check to see if the Neon stereo lights come on. If the radio lights up then there could be an internal problem or a problem with an external amplifier.
Both bulbs are out, wiring problem, switch problem, fuse, relay.
Start with checking the fuses.
check your ground wire in the back
i had the same problem and i replaced the sensor/switch on the brake pedal itself and got mine to work.
Check the dimmer knob. If that isn't it. Check your fuse. Might not be the problem, but it's a place to start
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem
It is important to pay attention to the warning lights in a vehicle. The ABS lights stay on because there is an problem that has not been fixed within that ABS system.
after installing led lights my 08 dodge 2500 the turn signal lights start flashing slow for 5 or 6 times then speed up to fast . the emergency flasers flash ok . hooking them up i used separate lights for the brakes , they are not hooked in with the turn signals
