Just follow the plug wires to the chambers and you'll find the spark plugs.
I own a 1994 Bonneville and replacing the back spark plugs was not too bad, there is enough room and with a socket extension you will have no trouble.

I just had the same problem on my 99 bonnie I found a bad plug wire, so I replaced all the wires and plugs now runs grear now. Hope this helps.
Assuming the fuel filter has also been replaced, a bad distributor cap and or wires and spark plugs could do that also.
