Does your compressor clutch run?(you should hear it click in when Ac is turned on) If so you may have a vaccum line unpluged or broken located under the dash arround the hump at the fire wall. Or, possably a bad exchanger valve, Or, your Ac controler may be deffective.

Blowing black smoke typically means that the vehicle is either getting too much fuel or not enough air. Check the air cleaner and make sure it's clean, and if that's not it, check the injectors
