most likely cause will be a vacuum leak at the carby or inlet manifold gasket. it will need a new gasket. hope you find a reputable mechanic, it shouldn't cost more than $100 if it is the manifold gasket but the carby gasket could become very expensive.a secondhand carby would be the cheaper option.
answer don't go for second hand carb, u may have same problem. make sure choke and choke operating diaphragm is working correctly
potato with in whistle in it, jammed into the exhaust pipe?
yes they cause global warming
Car fumes are not very good for the environment and can cause global warming.
Global warming. Possibly pollution such as gas in a car.
Some believe fossil fuel emissions cause "Global Warming".
Well, if humans cause global warming, then the CO2 and water vapor will cause problems.
In nearly everything that we do we are the cause of global warming such as driving a car, turning on a light, or even the smoke from factories.
Car pollution is bad for ozone. It releases greenhouse gases, which cause global warming and thus ozone depletion.
If your car is whistling you might want to check you pcv valve.
Possibly because it is wet in the Engine or any part around that area. It could mean something else though...
This simple question is very complex actually, since we have no idea the context of what you are saying. However we can discuss the various means for engines whistle. An engine could be three things: An engine for a car or an engine as in a train or an engine as in a red indian. Therefore we could have the sentences "The engine (car) whistles every time I go over 120km" or "The engine (train) whistled when it passed us." or "The engine (red indian) whistled to his friends to attack!" In the sentences above the word engine is a noun where as the word whistle is a verb. However if you want to say an engine has a whistle then you would say "engine's whistle." Here its important to attach an apostrophy with a "s" to indicate that the engine possess or owns the whistle. So a sentence could read, "The engine's whistle is rather loud so stand back!"
Yes it could
