If shaking the wire harness allows it to run for a little while, you have a connection issue in the harness.

could be many things, probably a crank sensor
Could be a bad battery or starter.
Perhaps a blown fuel pump. Take a plug wire out and use a spare plug and set it on a piece of metal and crank it and look for the spark. This will eliminate an ignition problem.
it could be your crank shaft censer
When does it click and does it Crank when it is clicking
Yes. The Crank sensor monitors the position and rotational speed of the engine to determine timing for ignition. if it is not functioning you will get no spark.
It is possible, but not guaranteed in every case. The crank position sensor is a little bit redundant, since there are other sensors available to the engine's control module, which could give it essentially the same data required for the engine to start and run. Regardless, if the crank position sensor is found to be defective, it should be replaced.
Sounds like a starter issue. Bad wire to the starter could cause it.
starter
faulty starter motor
You can only click on the crank while the Black Widow is not throwing art down. Click quickly then dodge when she throws down a small bomb.
I would say a badcam or crank sensor. if not scan system for codes
