I believe you are asking about the fuel "pump", not fuel temp. If so the problem could be a blown fuse, wiring problems (especially where the unit exits the top of the fuel tank), or, more likely, the fuel pump / sending unit itself. Worn out fuel pumps are very common and are usually fairly easy to replace, at least on older truck-like vehicles. You simply drop the fuel tank (the straps are often badly rusted, and therefore a pain in the butt), then you remove the entire sending unit from the top of the tank. You are probably as well off to replace the entire assembly than to remove and replace the pump alone (if that possibility exists).
Could be a fuse, could be the fuel pump relay.
if its a full size fuel injected bronco 87 or later the pressure should be between 35 and 42 psi
The fuel control relay is mounted on the right fender, a foot aft of the battery. It is one of two cube-looking relays mounted there. It is controlled by the Electronic Engine control. Replacement is about $20.
On a full sized Bronco, it is located in front of the fuel pump between the frame rails near the drivers feet.
Depends on the year of the Bronco, size of the fuel tank, and the mileage it gets.
one for every cylinder.
Size. The Bronco is a full sized vehicle. The Bronco II is the miniature compacted version. The full size broncos came with larger v8 engines and the Bronco II was designed during the first gas panic as a Fuel saver. While they only get 22mpg, on the highway it was almost double what the full size broncos got in mileage, except for the 4.9 I6, which could get 20mpg in the fullsize. In addition, the bronco ii was based off of the ford ranger, while the ford bronco was based off of the ford f150.
I have a 1988 Full Size bronco. The fuel filter for it is on the drivers sde frame rail just about directly below the gas pedal. Careful when you take it off cuz it's under pressure and you'll get sprayed with fuel
All of the full size.
In the plastic housing full of relays and fuses.
No , the 1972 Ford Bronco is a full size vehicle
my 86 full size bronco haha
