it could also be eczema which is a skin rash that forms in the pits..ie leg pits arm pits elbow pits. are you allergic to anything? if you are then Allergies usually transform in to eczema as one gets older.
Answerits probably nothing and will go away in a few weeks..but if not, get checked for a disease called MRSA that is spread through like unlean locker rooms and gyms and athletic equipmentWiki User
