Every country in the world signed and ratified the treaty except the United States which has signed, but not ratified the treaty. Canada has recently withdrawn from the treaty!

Isn't methane a "greenhouse" gas? Are you going to stop farting Mr. McArdle? Furthermore, when the mile of ice which covered New England (and other areas) started melting 12,000 years ago, was that serious "climate change" caused by cavemen jetting all over the planet and drving big SUVs? Just wondering...

187 countries signed and ratified the treaty. Virtually all the world signed and ratified the Kyoto Protocol. The only exception being the United States, which signed it in November 12, 1998, but has not ratified it.
