Almost all countries in the world have solemnly declared that they have religious freedom, because it is a requirement if you want to be a member of the United Nations. In reality, many Muslim nations make life hard for anyone not adhering to Islam and many mete out harsh punishment (up to capital punishment) for 'defecting' from Islam. And then there's North Korea, where religion in any form is banned.
A lack of freedom is found most notably in Iran, where religious minorities are severely oppressed, and in some other Muslim countries. Please note that some countries that officially have freedom of religion still have problems with religious intolerance, i.e., individuals are intolerant to people who believe different than they do. As an example, both in the United States and Europe - where there is officially religious freedom - there have been cases of Muslims being victims of religious persecution.
Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Cuba and Iran are some of the countries that are quite intolerant of other religions or of religions in general.
Because some countries are ruled by one person, and that person believes that his/her religion is the only right one, so he makes his country practice, and not let believe in anything else
China, Saudi Arabia, and North Korea are three examples.
Very important. Without the freedom of religion there would be state religion.

Freedom of religion should be allowed in any nation, however, in some nations there is no real freedom of religion. The phrase on freedom of religion is contained in the 1st amendment to the US Constitution. It reads as follows:" Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
It depends on where and when the convicts are incarcerated. In Western countries, convicts maintain a freedom of religion that freemen also have.
In the United States, freedom of religion also includes freedom FROM religion. This is not the case in many other countries, and there are plenty of people in our own country who would dearly love to see the wall of separation of church and state crumble.

Well....America's one ( except western Nebraska, darn buddist )
Complete freedom of religion varies by country and is often impacted by laws and societal norms. Some countries protect freedom of religion as a fundamental right, while others may place restrictions or favor certain religions. It is essential to consider the specific context when discussing the extent of freedom of religion in a particular location.
