Lesotho and Swaziland are both enclaves of South Africa. They are bordered on all sides by South Africa but remain autonomous countries.

Lesotho is a true enclave within South Africa. Swaziland is not an enclave. It is bordered by both Mozambique and South Africa. Both are independent countries.

South Africa, though its a generic name, is a country in its own right. Within South Africa is the enclaved country Lesotho. Lesotho is a mountainous country, probably excluded from South Africa because the British colonists administered it as a separate area and it has no valuable Natural Resources to make it attractive.

Swaziland is sometimes thought to be enclaved, but as it has borders with both Mozambique and South Africa it is only land-locked, not an enclave.

Actually there's only one which is Lesotho. Swaziland is not exactly an enclave of South Africa because it shares its border with Mozambique as well.
