I SAW A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT THIS, IT WAS JUST BASED IN ONE COUNTRY AND IT WAS Argentina! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! THEY ARE REALLY LIMITED TO THE WATER SUPPLY! THEY ONLY GET AROUND 10 GALLONS OF WATER A WEEK FOR A FAMILY! AND THE WATER COMPANY THAT IS IN THE SAME TOWN AS THE PEOPLE HAVE THIS WATER FALL THAT IS JUST PUMPING WATER UP! AND THE CITIZENS CALL IT THE "THE FOUNTAIN OF SHAME"
