She went into deep mourning, and never really came out of it. Initially, the public did not approve of this. They wanted to see something for their tax. There were anonymous pamphlets with titles like "What does she do with it all?" They preferred her son, the Prince of Wales, who was always on show at the races or at the theatre, even though he was criticised for idleness (not entirely his fault, as the Queen had refused to give him a job). However, during the second half of her long reign, her popularity increases substantially. During her Golden and Diamond Jubilees there was an outpouring of affection for her and she was widely mourned when she died in 1901.

Because she was born from a mom that was in the royal family (or her dad was royal)So when her mom or dad died or when they decided to give the crown to her she became queen because of her being in the royal family. It was actually because her uncle was the king and he doesn't have any children so he gave the crown to queen Victoria

It's the inscription on the Admiralty Arch commissioned to be built by Kind Edward the 7th in memory of his mother Queen Victoria. It reads: "In the tenth year of King Edward VII, to Queen Victoria, from most grateful citizens, 1910." Located in Trafalgar Square, London.
1892 was not Queen Victoria's Jubilee year. 1887 was Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee year (50 years). The only relevance of the term Jubilee is that most gold and silver coins minted during the period 1887 to 1893 had what is referred to as the Jubilee Bust of Queen Victoria on the obverse. What is the denomination of your coin, what is the design on the reverse, what is it made from and what is the diameter?
There was no Queen Elizabeth in the 19th century, Queen Elizabeth I of England ruled in the 16th and early 17th century (1559-1603). Since Elizabeth I's reign lasted for 44 years and after many major historical events during her reign, after her death the 44 years she ruled became known as the "Elizabethan era", dispite being part of the Tudors. In the present day Queen Elizabeth II, the present Queen's reign will most likely be looked back on as "the new Elizabethan age". Going back to the 19th Century, It was a century largely reigned over by Queen Victoria, which would after her death in 1901 after 63 years as Queen became known as the "Victorin age". Altho when Victoria was born, The Prince Regent (son of King George III) who had no surving heir himself new the likely hood that his neice would one day become Queen, He refused to give the girl a name out of jelousy, before saying "name her victoria" - a name which was not noble at all in the day and not fitting for a furute Queen. When Victoria.came to the throne the council and goverment insisted she be styled "Queen Elizabeth II" however victoria refused to change her name and remained Queen Victoria.
