My Irqaqi friend likes to eat eggs for breakfast. He cooks them in a pan coated in olive oil...first saute slices of green and red peppers and sliced onions. Pur the beaten egg over all...cook in pan until done. Spices to add...salt/pepper Serve with pita and some fresh tomato slices My other Irquqi friend has other tastes, and likes eating freshly cut tomato's with lots of salt, toasted bread with lots of salt, and boiled potato's with lots of salt. He then eats the toms first, then peals spuds and puts them on the bread then eats. They will not eat anything with pork in.
