The Romans had no particular way to kill Jews or any other ethnic group of people. The Jews were executed in the same way as any other non-citizen. However many Jews were killed in combat during the two Jewish revolts. Otherwise, if a Jew was found guilty of a crime and it was a capital offense, he/she would be subject to the death penalty associated with the crime. Remember, all peoples in the empire were ruled by Roman law.

Answer:

Here's a quote from an eyewitness, whose words are recorded in Josephus:

Hecateus declares, "what regard we (Jews) have for our laws; and we resolve to endure anything rather than transgress them." And he adds: "They [Jews] may be stripped on this account, and have torments inflicted upon them, and be brought to the most terrible kinds of death, but they meet them after an extraordinary manner, beyond all other people, and will not renounce the religion of their forefathers."

The Talmud records some of the various kinds of toture that the Romans used:

(Squeamish readers should read no further)

Rabbi Akiva was flayed alive, for the "crime" of teaching Torah (Talmud, Berakhot 61b).

Rabbi Hanina ben Tradion was burned to death together with a Torah-scroll, with wet sponges placed on his chest to delay his death until his extremities were completely burned (Abodah Zara 18a).

Rabbi Judah ben Bava was punctured with hundreds of small blades (Sanhedrin 14a).

Rabbi Shimon ben Gamliel was beheaded (Eleh Ezkerah).

Rabbi Hutzpit's tongue was torn out of his throat (Hullin 142a).

These are just a few examples.
