You confront he about it. Its girl code, if you liked him first then she should't be flirting. Shes not a true friend, and if she says she doesn't or she won't anymore. There's a high chance she's not telling the truth. So just watch out because the ones you think you can trust are sometimes the ones that hurt you the most.
