My understanding is that Enders Royal Service shotguns were made by Cresent Fire Arms in Norwich Conn. Cresent was part of the H & D Folsom Arms Co. and Folsom Arms did import shotguns fron Belgian, so maybe I'm wrong. Assuming this gun was proofed for smokless powder the Belgian proof would be a standing lion with PV underneath. It should also note the guage (in this case 12) and the length of the chambers in millimeters, such as 12-70. U.S. made guns do not require a proof mark.

Where is the water table marking on a firearm?

The water table is the part of the receiver that the barrels of a double barrel or single shot break-action shotgun rest on.

Where can you find a barrel for an Ithaca S12 shotgun 12 gauge serial F359107 It could be a Sousa Model?

There is no S12 listed in the Standard Catalog. Only 11 people in the world can own a Sousa Grade Ithaca double. If you have one and have lost the barrels you are out of luck. If it is a single barrel trap gun, the odds are not much better.

How many amps can you take off the power pole if its 100 amp in service service now?

It depends on a lot of factors. Since you will have to get an electrician involved you should start there. It is likely that you can double the capacity, but the electrician would consult with your power company to determine what is possible. I recently went from 200 A to 400 A service with a large addition; and a transformer was required in the house with rework of the two panels I already had into 5 panels.
