What do you call a person who is jealous of you and what you have?

Envious. Some people can be envious, but not jealous so don't get the two confused. There are also a lot of people that are lucky enough (or worked hard enough and got some good breaks) to have a lot monetarily, marriage-wise, etc., that another person may envy. Some people with money love to flaunt it. This is a mirage as my husband and I have met many millionaires who have yachts built and most are extremely nice, but well over half of them are bored and have done almost everything. They often said that the fun times were when they didn't have so much money and when they were younger and struggling to making that money (those were the good memories.) Then there are some people that have riches that they share with others. Even lifestyles without money can make another envious. Example: A young man/woman may have chosen a career instead of love and marriage with children and later regret their choice so they envy the woman without the career and has a good marriage with children. The thing is to encourage the person that they are in control of their own lives and although we can't all be millionaires we can certainly make a good life for ourselves and if we don't like the life situation we are in at the present time within reason we have the capability of changing it to make it more interesting.
