What do you do if the fuel pump the book says is for your 1996 Beretta 3.1 V6 is missing a hose connection that the original one has?

I replaced the fuel pump i n my beretta and the original pump doesnt have this hose connection. The original has a brake booster looking conector between the pump and the fuel line. Your new pump should have come with the new hose and clamps.
