It is ok to have feelings for more than one person at the same time. Acknowledge it to yourself, and move on. If the friend already has a girlfriend, you need to deal with the fact that he is not available. If you truly have feelings for the other person, consider whether you want to pursue them. If you are still stuck on the friend, let the second person go, and give yourself some alone time to deal with your feelings for the friend before trying to force something with another person.
