It can't be done. Either your airbags are blown, or there is a problem with the system. It's a safety system, and therefore doesn't have a "reset".
It turns on when there is a problem with the airbag system, usually you can replace the module under the dash, but you may need to take it to Honda and have them check the airbags themselves... if you replace the module yourself, be sure to unhook the battery before messing with it, otherwise you may end up with some blown airbags
Yes, a blown or missing fuse can cause the airbag light to stay on.
If it has blown, you can cut it off and glue the flaps closed, buy a new one which can be expensive and dangerous to install if not done by a professional, or buy a non-airbag cover which can cost about 30 bucks and is easy to install yourself.
The airbag light stays on for a couple of reasons. 1. If the computer detects a malfunction and sets a code. 2. If the computer loses power (blown fuse) 3. If the computer loses the connection to the warning light the light comes on.

Blown ignition fuse? If not, maybe a broken camshaft/gear?
Blown fuse or the lights are just blown and need replacing.
I had the same problem, I found i had a blown fuse in the fuse panel. After replacing the fuse, scanner had no problem reading or connecting with the computer on my jeep.
From a failed clock spring to a blown fuse, there are a number of reasons why an airbag light will stay on. Usually, it is a sign that the airbag system is not functioning properly. It is best to take the car in to a dealer to have them scan the car's computer system to pinpoint the exact reason(s).
