Assuming it is a stick shift . . . Drain the fluid, Disconnect the linkage. Disconnect the rear u-joint. Get a tranny jack under it. Unbolt it from the engine. Carefully back it out without messing up the position of the clutch plates. Stick a wooden clutch plate dowel in the hole. (looks like a 8" broom handle with cog teeth on it) That's it.

get aoil filter wrench and remove and put new one on.
