∙ 14y agoIt is often NOT a good idea to insult them back, no matter what they have said. Compose yourself, take calm breaths and turn around to the person who insulted you with a smile. Don't take their word to heart - they shouldn't mean anything to you. Answer them with smiles and careless words. If you make it seem like you don't care, then the person insulting you will eventually realize that they're not having an effect on you and will eventually walk off and leave you alone. It's all about the expression that will have this effect - and also about how well you can compose yourself.
or simply punch them in the face. or step on their toe... or bite their ear. Or possibly give them a wedgie.
