You have attempted to enter an incorrect radio security code 3 times and the radio is locked up. Simply turn the radio on and leave it on for 1 hour. The radio will unlock and then allow you to enter the correct code. If you do not know the code go to the Honda owners website I will post a link to and sign up your Accord. There you can get the code for free.
