A customer is the reason I am here, to fill thier needs, I am in the Home Remodeling/ Pool repair/remodeling buisness, and have been out there for 45 years, and my Customers are my purpose in the biz, without them, I cease to exist. Find a need and fill it, I always say. Trust is critical, one must develop a reputation with this Customer, and do the job once, and stand behind your jobs, since my Customers love me, the only return calls I get, are for more work, not re-do's, plus a reference from that Customer is priceless, because the job sold before I get in the door, due to that reference!! That is the right way to do business. The cheaters out there in my biz that take the Customer's deposit monies, and run, have cheated themselves, because they will never get a referral from that Customer, ever. Shame on them, God will judge them, and Karma is a bi..h !! These morons make my job harder, but my 14Karat gold reputation, wins those hurt Customers over... I give them extra special attention and a discount to help them heal from the crooks.
