to dislodge something is to take it out of its place, like dislodging the key from the car.
Sounds as though it could be a few areas to look at, 1. check that it is not the bulbs, (access through rear plastic compartments inside car). 2. check that the fuse for reverse tail lights is not blown (front fuse panel next to accelerator pedal)and 3. try to remove the cover plate or sleeve around gear stick as there is a small switch that activates lights when put into reverse (may have dislogded the wiring). Hope this helps.
Sounds like either the resistor (usually mounted at the top of the blower motor wiring harness ) is burned out and needs to be replaced or the low speed relay is bad I also had this problem, but mine would work one day and not the next, theres a plug on the right hand side of the passenger side footwell right at the back that had clearly been overheating but still worked so i just plugged it back in as it dislogded itself slightly and all 4 settings now worked, i think its common for these resistor packs to overheat. hope this helped
