First thing id do is clean the massairflow sensor. Remove the sensor from the housing using a t-20? tamper proof torx bit (just 2 screws) and look for gunk on the tiny wires. I like to wipe them off with rubbing alchohol and a qtip. If your using a k@n airfilter theres your sign!
That is the O2 sensor behind the catalytic converter.

Cylinder #1 is always front passenger side (first/front one on your left as you look under hood from in front of truck)...count up in order, down the left bank of cylinders, then the right bank...On a V6, cylinder #6 will be rearmost on drivers side. On a V8, cylinder#6 will be second from front on drivers side...
mass airflow sensor mine did the same thing and that's what fixed it for me...

The bank doesn't need to sue. If the truck loan isn't paid the bank can/will repossess the truck.
