If it is a mixture of water and anti-freeze (or the same as what's in the header tank, may be discoloured) then your heater matrix has gone. Best to refer to a Haynes manual and close the valve, then replace either the matrix or complete unit which ever is the cheapest.

It might be something which can be plugged, it might be as simple as tightening a connector, or it might require a component to be replaced.
