Join pregnancy classes ans of course you can do yoga at home check with your doctor what else you can do you can walk daily ... And some stretching excercise you can do as well ...now a days we have so many classes for pregnant ladies ...join that ladies ......

It depends upon how much you have taken in meal and how hard exercise you want to do. If you have had light meal and want to do heavy exercise than you should wait till one or two hour and if you have taken heavy meal than you should wait for two and half or three hour than you should do exercise.

During exercise, the body sends most of the blood to the muscles. The digestive organs temporarily are put on "hold". The body prefers that eating/drinking should be done separately from exercise, with a waiting period in between.
If you have pain you should see a doctor unless you have pain because you have exercised. In that case your muscles need more exercise to get stronger. Then you can just continue what you've done so far like situps etc.
You could read a book, play a game, exercise, go for a walk, bake cookies, shoot some hoops, etc.
Yoga is a beautiful exercise. It should in manner and have to be done every move in correct way. so, i suggest you to take either guides of the instructor or the cd's of the yoga.
