When excercising you first loose fat and water weight and then gain muscle weight. If you stay hydrated, almost any type of hard cardio workout will help you gain muscle weight with in a couple of weeks. suggestions: running, cycling, Basketball, and football. Also, weight training will help you gain muscle weight in addition to other work outs. Make sure you only weight train every 2 to 3 days in the week and start out with smaller weights and then build up.
