The stomach area is tricky because it is the most common and stubborn. They say sit-ups DO NOT work, that overall aerobic exercise will widdle away at the waist line. As far as a bigger set of buns, you get what you get, but you could try to focus on an excercize where you stand and brace yourself,(hands against the wall) and with leg weights on lift your leg behind you doing several reps each day, or any other glut excercize that does it for you. Adding some muscle can help.
Rear is a problem area for many and you need to lose fat from all over your body to succesfully lose weight from rear.
Avoid junk foods
make early morning cardio your lifestyle(you burn maximum fat in this time)
train your legs and rear with resistance at least twice a week and also train other bodyparts so that you keep your metabolism high.
This way you can slowly get into shape and lose the excess weight permonantly.
Lift weights
Yes doing squats will make the rear end bigger. There are also other exercises that will make the rear end bigger such as hip thrusts and glute bridges.
the 8.2 is the weaker of the 2 as the axles are smaller, the 8.5 is a super strong rear end, almost as strong as the 12 bolt.
easiest way is to change the rear gearing. go to a smaller gear, it will accelerate faster but you may lose some top end speed.
no way, car rear ends are alot smaller then truck rear ends. it will not work.
Because of the size of that exact muscle! You see, gluteus maximus or rear end muscles are the biggest ones in your body, and the bigger the muscle, the larger calorie burn (or fat-burn). Yes, it says calories! Calories=ass fat!
Yes but you will also need to replace the rear end. The smaller engines use a different differential and if you strap that much power to a smalle rear end you are going to splatter it in all directions.
well if it has the 4.0L V6 it will have the 8.8 rear axle (size of ring gear) if the motor is smaller it will have the 7.5 inch rear end to the guy who originally answered this question. the b2300 never came with a v6. its a b 2300 2.3 liter 4 cylinder and your also wrong i have had several of these pickups and almost every one of them was a factory stock 8.8 rear end
Get your rear-end waxed.
get a posi traction rear end and swap it out.
A posi rear end (positive traction) drives both rear wheels.a posi rear end is when both rear tires spin instead of just one
A 393 gear rear end would be quicker than a 300 gear rear end but the 300 gear rear end would be faster in the long run.
Call the police! :)
